Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@beautybytheway.com. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to hygiene and safety reasons regarding personal care products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or leaked product.
- You received a wrong or missing item.
How to Claim: Please record an unboxing video upon receiving your package. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and the unboxing video.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
